What is your return policy for thrifted goods?
We offer a 14-day return window for store credit on most items. Please ensure that the original Shop Thrift World security tags remain attached and the item is in the same condition as when it was received.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our sustainable fashion reach to more countries in the near future.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Since vintage and thrifted sizing varies by brand and era, we provide exact measurements (chest, waist, length) in inches for every garment listing. We recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own.
Are the clothes washed before they are sold?
While we steam and sanitize all garments to ensure hygiene, we recommend that customers launder or dry clean their items upon arrival according to the care label instructions.
