Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the thrift tags and any original documentation are included.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
